Pre-Registration
- Please print the TFP Model Release form and fill this out the applicable fields as a model or photographer.
- Mail the TFP Release form along with a check payable to "Beja Shriners" (1950 Bond Street, Green bay, WI 54303)
- The same form is used for models and photographers please just fill out the applicable fields.
- One form per participant please do not double up on forms.
SCHEDULE
- 8:00 AM Registration
- 9:00 AM Outdoor model / car sessions start
- 10:00 AM Green Bay Fear Haunted House Sessions by appointment start at 10:00AM
- 3:00 PM Regular scheduled sessions start in Green Bay Fear haunted House
- 10:00 PM The Haunt closes for regular sessions
- After 10:00PM Sessions will be available at an additional cost for 18 and over
